Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At VPC AutoSpa, customer satisfaction is important to us. We provide automotive detailing, customization, and specialty cleaning services. Because our business primarily provides services rather than physical products, completed services are generally non-refundable.

Service Refunds

Once labor has been performed and materials have been used, refunds cannot typically be issued. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate solution.

Deposits

Some appointments may require a deposit to reserve a time slot or order materials.

• Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
• Deposits may be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments where materials have already been ordered.

Custom Services

Custom services, including starlight headliners, ambient lighting, and specialty vehicle customization, may require materials to be purchased specifically for your vehicle. Once materials have been ordered or installation has begun, refunds may not be available.

Physical Products

If VPC AutoSpa sells physical products in the future, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Customer Satisfaction

If you believe there is an issue with workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We may request photos, videos, or an inspection appointment. If an issue is determined to be related to our workmanship, we may offer corrective service at our discretion.
